We are here for you for a lifetime to maintain and repair your jewelry should you need it. Our lifetime warranty offers free diamond and gemstone tightening, cleaning, re-polishing and rhodium plating.
Shipping within US is Free on all Rockford products. All orders are shipped fully insured through FedEx or UPS Express services with Signature Confirmation.
Please note the production time for each product 15+ business days or less, due to the fact that each product is made per size and per order. Allow an additional 2-3 business days for Express shipping.

All international packages are shipped via FedEx or UPS services.
All items shipped internationally will be subject to any shipping back to the USA covered by the client.
Customs
Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia).
These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
Notify us that you wish to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt, and we will issue you an authorization number. The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance. (See shipping instructions below).

A restocking fee of $250 is charged for all returns, except Eyewear.
All returned items will be inspected for wear and tear. Only unscratched, undamaged, new products are eligible for return.
Rockford Collection allows only one exchange per order. All exchanged items are not refundable.
How to ship your product back
for return, exchange or repair
1. Ship the product in our original jewelry box. If the box is missing, place it into any small box so the product wouldn’t get damaged while in transit.
2. Include warranty card or a note with your original order number which starts with RA#...
3. Specify what needs to be done with the product on a note.
4. Ship the product using hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via Fedex or UPS insured mail to this address:

5. Follow up with an email after shipping the package.
